some years back, A typical plot sells around #350M while at waterfront gets as high as #650M and above. though not too sure of the current price.

It depends on the area of the land and cost per metre square.
I was part of a team that worked on a project there whose land cost over #1.1B
for a little above two plots at the waterfront

Would say Banana Island Estate is a place not for the rich but Wealthy.
