Many Nigerian culture don't even circumcise their baby.. SouthSouth and Core northerners don't, the ones whose culture practice it have reduced it due to modernization so where do you get the majority statistic you are yapping about.. with more and more people accessing anti natal and post natal through primary health care they don't even bother circumcising a lady as only village midwifery do that

I for say.. that practice is extinct now cause I hardly hear of it.. and I even thought it was a rumor before.
