The process is quite slow this year. But the names are not static (they keep adding up everyday). Just be checking your email (inbox and spam) from time to time.
One of the applicants actually didn't receive the mail but was on checking the list, she saw her name. She just got verified at the Study Centre yesterday and has gotten her matriculation number.

2. NOUN currently has no M.Sc. Nursing and even if it comes up later in the future, there is just no way B.Sc. Biology will be admitted for M.Sc. Nursing.
3. TMA = Tutor Marked Assignments. It is the continuous assessment of NOUN students. Each registered examinable course has TMA1-3 which makes up 30% of the total score for the course. NB. TMA1 is currently on.
4. I don't think so (not sure).
5. At the moment, all graduates of NOUN are given the NYSC exemption certificate which is equivalent to NYSC discharge certificate. So, they don't go for the compulsory service at the moment.

The whole programme will cost you around 200,000
NOUN operates a distance learning system. After your registration, you will be given your course materials. There is what we call facilitation. It is lectures but online lectures. That is available for some courses when you register as well.
Duration for M.Ed Admin and Planning is three semesters.
Application is currently ongoing. You can apply today though you may not be able to meet up with the semester as registrations will close by March ending.
