I’m feeling this lunch.

If you use a pressure pot to cook your beans, it cooks in less than 20 minutes and doesn’t get sticky. That’s how I like beans for regular stew.

I keep planning to make ewa goin (hope I spelled that right) but liver dey cut me. Never tried it but it looks like something I’d love to eat.

Not so hard
Just mash the beans when it's soft

Then the pepper
Fry it with palm oil till it turns **blackish** not burnt cos you won't like the taste

I use oil for mine but still comes out like it's palm oil
And that's not plantain it's fried banana

Btw
They said someone stole pictures
It's aproko that carried me reach here

Well, in other news!

I'll be expecting some visitors tomorrow and I'll love to prepare them a very delicious food, maybe Spaghetti or Abacha. But I'm kinda confused and don't know much about Ogiri

Please, what quantity of Ogiri will be good and perfect to add in the spaghetti?

Cc Mariangeles, Dyt, Nnemuka, Payperpost, Xsenga and Chisun89

Help out!

In my place, we don't use ogiri in our abacha , we use lots of dry crayfish instead.
