What sort of madness is that ? I'm legit scared right now cos I don't know how this country can handle this

But I'll like to know how many hospitals or laboratory centres have the diagnostic tool for COVID-19?
If she's planning to visit a hospital for a test, she might as well be spreading it to hospital workers and patients.
