If the call was from the covid response team they already know her address from that phone call.

Read what he wrote. The call was not from the Covid response team rather the call was to them from a suspected case showing symptoms and the person refused to divulge her address.

Please you can also go ahead and contact LSMOH with this issue let them follow it up. Those who know their address should inform the response team if the woman declined. It's for their own safety too.
