holluikon: I opened the PayPal last week Monday and linked the card to it immediately. (I got the card two weeks before I opened the PayPal). PayPal withdrew some funds from the card and gave me the code I used to confirm it (Normal protocol). So, you can still add Africard to PP. I just want to know if the withdrawal is working now? |
