What Tobexin wants to do is SELF-EMPLOYMENT.
A tier-4 student is NOT allowed to be self-employed. It’s against the rules.

Just because I want to serve as an errand boy using my car to some companies doesn’t mean I am self employed! I have no physical location or office. What of if am doing some freelancer jobs online in Uk will the government counts it as self employment or business activities?

I meant exactly that. Paid professional work... eg doctors, footballers etc. With student visa you can’t do paid professional work and you can’t be self employed.

Students can take paid professional work as long as the work conditions are met and one of the conditions is work 20 hour (not full time).

When UKVI says Work that is not allowed: fill a full-time, permanent vacancy, I am not sure what else that translates to. 'Paid Unprofessional work'
