Please does the customer have pay for the prepaid meter? if so how much?
Also can someone explain the meaning of various customer tariffs mentioned?

So sorry mails don't work,all you need do is Google NERC office in your area. Go there as early as 9am in the morning. Meet the Secretary n tell him/ her your issue. That's all,he / she will guide u.
