i cut into pieces like yam then wash it after that i used my manual grater nd blend in a bowl i pour my pepper salt nd onions,mixed it together nd fried it.
In case you need detailed procedure let me know,please make sure you use the smallest round grater hole.

Mashed potatoes dip in egg sauce and fry
Fried mashed potato balls

It depends on how you like it

Different recipes to your own taste

I boil my potatoes
Add sugar and salt (to my taste)
When it's soft, I mash it
I could add mackerel fish, shrimps or anything want
Pepper, onions, it all depends on choices
I mix the egg
Make a ball out of my mashed potatoes
Dip in the egg sauce
Some roll it in flour before frying too
Fry till it's Brown (could be light or deep)



But trust me
It's tasty
