nwafresh:Ordinarily it is sender/PayPals job to verify funds and then subsequently issue a chargeback to withdrawing Bank. If you have taken cash out already then they can come to your house. But by then egungun will be aware because paypal go don wire you better claims emails. The worst UBA can do is limit use of their cards in the first place. They shouldn't hold the money.
