If you followed the South Africa PayPal guide, you will get a Saudi Arabia PayPal instead which is withdrawing to card. It ends in ".SA". I am using one.

South Africa PayPal guide leading to Saudi Arabia.

Is that not confusion of the highest order?

$2.33 is the base pay, but red files (difficult ones) can be as high as 7-8 dollars for 10 minutes. It's honestly harder than Qa because you have to type speaker tags, instert timestamps sometimes and there's no AI transcript. But I've seen screenshots of people who earn close to $300 weekly, although they're editors too.

Sorry for the plenty questions...

How much do u earn a week there?

Do u work with mobile or laptop?

How long does it take u to finish a 10min audio?

In terms ofrating, how strict are they compared to QA?

I can't answer the question on earning because it's a variable and somewhat personal

I use a laptop, GoT is not mobile-friendly.

A 10-minute file can take maybe less than hour, an hour or more. Depending on the file and the requirements.

You can easily find out though by gaining entry.

The author probably thought .SA was South Africa. South Africa is probably .co.za

Ok and that is actually trace of audio author.

South Africa PayPal does not allow withdrawal to card except to South Africa bank and selectively to some USA bank accounts.

How often do you make use of it?

Has it ever been limited?

Any PayPal account could stay for yearsif not "used".
well limitations depends on personal use of the paypal account and yes i use it frequently and I've never been limited

If you say so that you frequently use it.
Wait for when it is limited.

It is always kinda interesting before it is limited but you will know what is up when PayPal's court department needs it.

Congrats on passing the test. If you're talking about Qa-world then I don't think you need a special earphone. I use the regular Infinix earpiece and it works just fine unless you want to spend from 10k up for noise cancellation earphone.

Just buy a normal earpiece and start work.

lol

Those people, especially QA don't play with their Branding o.

You must always make sure you get it correctly. You can do this by checking out the Glossary for the proper brand name.

Thrice I got a 2 rating instead of a 5 that I was expecting for improper branding.

First one, I didn't add just 's' to the ending of the brand name.

Second one I didn't capitalize the first letter in one of the brand names.

Third, I placed a space in between two words in the brand name that was supposed to be joined together.

They don't joke with it at all. So always watch out for those little mistakes. Always check the Glossary.

My suggestion guys. Why don't we have a WhatsApp group for this qa-world stuff. I know someone already raised the idea before. But I felt reloading Nairaland page every now and then to see the latest is stressful. We can always have a on the go messaging platform like WhatsApp to use. It would be so good if we can do this.

And it seems Nairaland doesn't support the dropping of numbers or so. Anybody interested can mail their number to ayipo247@gmail.com while I create a group on WhatsApp

If at the beginning of this thread pioneers of this thread had all ran to a WhatsApp group, do you think this thread would be as rich as it is in terms of information as it is now? If you can reload QA of about 600kb on mobile platform and about 1.5mb on pc platform, I don't think reloading nairaland of less than 40kb should be a stress.

I don't think there is anything bad in it. Its strictly for QA world. Anyone that stumbles on the group invite can still join. It will do the thread no harm.

Lol.. I understand your point. I also suggested that when I was still a newbie.. This your whatsapp thing is dead on arrival. Just get what you want here or slack. I can't afford to open my whatsapp just to see 200+ messages within 20 minutes. God forbid. Lol... Please, if you want to drop your number, go to a dead thread and quote that person with your number. Don't get this thread on a bad side of the admin, please.
