My Sweetheart grin. Everybody cant be d same, some people are wired and made differently. He is selfless, you expect him to drop riders like pack of shiiit the way felicity did on 3rd Mainland. He considered their safety first. The Reverend sister that died in a Abule Oshun gas explosion while trying to rescue students, is she a nurse, soldier or fire fighter? Absolute No!!!. You don't need to be all this profession to do this.
The reason why Nigeria is not moving forward today is that We are too selfish and too greedy. America is great nation today is because they have heroes and martyrs. Mind you this is an impromptu situation.

The truth is that, it is his car and he can do whatever he feels like doing. Most of you don't realise this. If you own something, you have the right to stop the misuse of that object by someoneelse.

If a restaurant drives you out for smoking, would you say they were unprofessional in doing their duties

As for the sister who died, I sympathise with the school and the church, all these death and incident won't had happened if people had listen to govt advice not to build any property close to a pipe line or on a pipe line.

Isn't selfishness and greed not in America?

In fact Americans are the fore runners of greed and selfishness.

Ma'am I wish u can attend to this post, cos lately I realise d level of no, u did wrong, but we don't try to put each other on the right path, I don't think that is fair.

Outside not using any measures of prevention at such point, what do u expect of the driver at a given point in time like that?

You cancel the trip if you feel your health is at risk.

Humans are self fish especially during this virus period, they will tell you lies and manipulate you in doing their biddings while putting your health at risk.

This is not an emotional decision but a logical one, if you as a driver think your life and health is in danger, it is your right to end the trip.

Madam, i waited for your response on that guy's post but you just ignore it, albeit wittingly! How do you view the action of that catholic sister? Heroine? Lack of commonsense? or just plain stupid! Forget about what govt did or fail to do, its totally not in the line of discussion. Lets focus on what the sister did.

The media said her death was sketchy. There is no proof that she did that.

But let's imagine she did that, then she is an hero

Anyway, all these death would have been avoided if people obeyed the law.

sorry sir, how is that professionalism?

does professionalism means putting your life and health at risk for riders in a business where you have no protection?

this business has no health insurance, if that driver falls sick today, uber, taxify or the rider wont do anything, they will continue going about their lives and business, while he treats himself, no flower, card or money will be sent to him

should a driver sacrifice his life for an unknown rider just because of professionalism and customer service?

what if he was lied to or threatened subtly, is taking the riders to their destination still professionalism?

in my opinion, there is a thick-line between commonsense and professionalism

one should know when to use commonsense and one should know when to also use professionalism
I like your logic; It's cogent and unassailable in all ramification. Why should a rider put the driver in danger in the first place, when it's been heralded with a monotonous fashion in all communication channel to self-isolate when there's a palpable sign of symptom, in other not to put others at risk.
That's a deliberate act of wickedness and I'll never pander to that even before the collective sneer and resentment of the whole wide world.

I can't agree wit u less on dis, but whatever a man choose base on personal decision, I believe he is ready to live with the outcome, being professional or lost out on commonsense.

Last week I was at the Isolation centre, I was scared and I've been doing my distance isolation in my little way, but when I saw the premises and the happenings ard their, I know what we r scared of is out dia at large, not at the center, but wit a bit preventive measures, everyone will b fine

As for the riders having it and choose to b self fish? Such ppl may not know they have it, I think ignorance and fear of the unknown will b our greatest mistake in time like this.

You cannot compare the Reverend sister's scenario to the Uber driver's.
Children were put in care of the Reverend sister and you know that the innocence of children alone can make one want to die for them let alone when it's now your job to protect them
Driving is a job majority find themselves doing because it's the best option for now, not because they happily and willingly choose to become Uber drivers. Now imagine telling someone to die for a job he's not happy doing and not going to get shishi as compensation, for riders that don't give a shiiit about him

Felicity this your own madness na " follow come" even me sef I will still pity them. Let's be real bro, you went too far with that decision to drop them off at 3rdMB.

If I was in your shoes depending on my mood tho there are 2 things involved.
1. It's either I open my safe bring out my condom and we light the oven together.
2. Or I bring out my phone and make a video while they continue.

Failure to adhere to this instructions, there are 2 things involved.
Due to security reasons I'm not gonna state it here.

It's a known fact that drivers dont have savings it's almost impossible expect if you are jesusson that's used 300naira for food in a day, buys 100airtime to activate 50mb and flash your riders since you cant buy airtime.

Stay safe out there guys.

The way he talks about Uber or E-Hailing is as if it has been his dream to actually be a driver. It is as if Bolt is his final destination.

Make una zoom this picture to see his pic at the right hand side. A small boy indeed that Is excited about Uber driving

Please guys lets take it easy on @felicity. We learn everyday.
We take some decisions in a matter of seconds out of annoyance. Like me now, due to the fact that I'm in the comfort of my home, I can reason it well and I have decided that if I found my self in that position, I will just ask one of them to sit in the front or I will drop them off at the nearest bus stop.

Some riders can even penetrate under your elephant skin. Na so one enter my car the other day, the first thing wey come out from him mouth nah, "Hope this your car charger is fast because my battery is very low" I bin wan parra, but I just hold myself and did not even answer him.

Me go just remove my charger say it not working

Last Friday I ask 2riders out if my car.

Picked these two, I really dint know weather to call them couple or bf n gf but from d look they're married couple. From Farm city admiralty way lekki heading to ojodu... To cut it short.

Along Osborn way I started hearing noises if kisses and smutches from behind...shuu!!! Inside my car I called them to order... On the 3rd mainland bridge they started again and this time it was even louder. Me! What nonsense! I just pulled over, unlocked my doors, opened my butt.

Me: Please get down of my car since you guys can behave yourselves like the adult that you're.
The guy was trying to apologies.
The stupid woman was trying to claim right by saying some words because she made the req on bolt...i just ignored her
Me: I said get down!!! This time with a more loud voice.
Rider: how do you expect us to get a ride by this time... Please na bro...
Me: I careless, get down!
I went straight to my butt while trying to pull out my wheel spiner as they hear me doing that na so them rush out thinking maybe I'm bringing a cutlass or something.

Seeing they've highlighted I just entered my car, locked goes then zoomed.

Stupid taxify riders inside this corona one nine era. That you're paying for a rider doesn't mean you should mess up my ride which is my holy temple that I depend on to feed my family.

Useless things.

If any of your rider shows signs of corona virus and you keep on driving in the name of professionalism, you will only die for nothing. And all that professionalism preachers have for you is RIP. Bolt closed so they won't contact the virus. And someone is telling you to keep driving when rider is showing symptoms. Weldone sir.

Mr professional earning unprofessional wage to die professionally. Mteeww

You always have a subtle way of deflecting from questions, and I find it amusing grin

Is it every one sneezing that is infected?
Is it everyone coughing that is infected?
Is it everyone having a flu that's infected?

Simple question: How would you feel if a driver dumped you on the bridge at night because you sneezed?

You: I should be educated enough to self isolate if I'm sneezing.

How does your answer justify that question?

While I don't support taking such risks this period, there are professional ways to handle customers.
