Kindly use this link for yellow card registration online then use the print out to pay in the bank, after that go to hospital in charge of that in ur area like here in Lagos is done at Airport road hospital. I did mine there. it may cost u more if u do everything at the hospital, so I suggest you fill the form at home and pay at the bank before going there.

I don't think police check is necessary although I did that during my Canadian students visa.

Thanks for your input too. Yes, the date by which I must enter as specified on the visa grant is years from now. However, in asking for the deferment, I will ask the school for guidance on whether to inform home affairs or not.

Not necessary. So far they give you updated coe which is important. And u don't come to Australia I think few months to your actual start date. I think you should be fine. Right now, economy is crumbling and struggling as international student is top 5 source of income generation for Australia...

Am yet to get my grant and my school gave me extension till Thursday, which am sure even the two weeks isolation will ruin everything, it's better to defer till July and hope to get the grant before then. With the growing corona pandemic Visa grant has reduced drastically

My friend lodged his study visa application directly to Australia embassy in Adelaide. I told him he should have lodged it to Pretoria in South Africa. Now he’s scared, hope this won’t affect his application

Important information for Queensland bound students

Some Universities in Queensland have now shutdown due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and are now delivering all lectures online. Please check with your University to ensure that you are not impacted. My advise to anyone impacted will be to defer to next semester. Cheers

I think you may need to put the question in perspective so that people with experience and knowledge of this matter can provide appropriate answers and guide you. If the person ready has a Visa, I believe the answer is yes as she cannot be discriminated against on this basis . However, if the person is just about to apply for a visa, I believe she will need to disclose this fact and I wonder if this will not affect the GTE assessment? There are people with experience on this matter that may be able to provide guidance.

Yes, provided that she is able to do medicals (x-ray) as x-ray is not advisable in certain stage of pregnancy.
PS: I know a lady that gave birth barely 3months of arriving and one more thing no citizenship by birth if the parents are temporary visa holders until the child reach the age of 10 and still living in Australia, so prepare financially.
