We understand that the Coronavirus situation will only get worse if the Nigerian government is not proactive in ordering a lockdown. Let's avoid overwhelming our health care officials and hospitals by forcefully asking everyone to stay home. We need to deal with this sooner than later...Even if we complain of hunger now, the truth is if we don't take care of this now we will still get to deal with hunger. We need to learn from other countries, We need to act NOW!!

(We need your signatures)

Can you help get my petition to 99 signatures by the end of today? I started a petition and I need you to sign and share it now.

If only you know the % of lagosian that live from "hand to mouth" you won't be saying this... What provision did the useless government have put in place to at least assist the masses..

Maybe when they are indoor and hunger strike they should eat the wall, and chairs and table.. Lagosians won't sit at home, it can't work.

The virus has a tendency of wiping out a larger part of the affected world. States like Georgia, Va and more all in the USA are already on a total martial Law observation.

All states in Nigeria will soon follow the pattern.
Hope cure will soon be gotten as scientists are already in the lab day in and out looking for a solution.

Pending: Pls take these precautions....
Take hot water mostly- the virus stays about 3 hours in the throat before moving down. Hot water will either destroy them or send them down to be destroyed by the HCL in the stomach.

Dont smoke for now if u can. You need your lungs to fight this battle.

Wash your hands often mostly with soap. If u must use a sanitising agent, make sure it is alcoholic based.

Cut yout finger nails.

Stay at home if you can.

And lastly, don't accept visitors that can't abide by the rules in your home for now.

pls remove drink hot water

International airports across the nation failed us all by not screening all returnees From affected countries. In view to that, Minister for aviation, Hadi A. Sirika failed woefully and needs to be held accountable for his poor ministering.

I won't even direct my speech towards the man at the aso Rock, since we all know him to be clueless and incompetent.

Enough of all these orders what will people eat at home? Have they paid salaries? What about the jobless ones that depend on daily jobs to feed? Before you give orders create Avenue to make life easy for the masses. Some countries are given money to their citizens to sustain themselves despite their low unemployment rate, talk less of a country without jobs how will people survive?

This is a warning to all sensible Nigerian to put ethnicity and Religion on hold to vote for the right people who will create employment and plan for the future of the country.

Just imagine Nigeria is on a lock down for a month what will people eat? All those fools supporting Apc and pdp rogues where are you now? Can you stock your house with food for a month without going to work? But I can bet my balls these people call politicians you kill yourself for can go 365 days without going out and will still eat 3 sq meal if worse come to worse. Use this period to reflect on yourself if the little change you collect monthly or every 4 yrs will change your life. What we need is employment and a good economy. If you and your spouse earns like 1m monthly food won't be a problem but 30k monthly is fuvked up.

The order is in "order"

The city MUST BE ON LOCK DOWN

If we continue to move as if nothing is up

We will have a near apocalypse in Lagos

Its better to he hungry and alive

Than to in the process of looking for "daily bread" endanger yourself and others

Since they are the ones that predominantly vote bad govt

I want hunger to deal ruthlessly with them.

I am not against the close down of banks, markets, etc due to this virus. My only question is how come the Italian man that brought this virus to Lagos Nigeria is well and tested negative? What was used to treat him and the second person that has been discharged? If the treatment can work on them, why then can't it work on the other patients, also why can't the state government advice residents of the state on the medication and also advice other states of the federation for them to implement it?
They are the initial two, and it was easy treating and monitoring them. But it will be very difficult to treat and monitor 1000 to 5000 at the same time.

They are shutting down banks, officers including POS shops, who would load cash in the ATM? Where would d citizens withdraw cash from? No palliative measures, woud private sectors pay salaries during the shut down? No bailouts, to alleviate job loss or non salary during the luck down.
