WRONG MOVE WRONG MOVE WRONG MOVE!! Don't cause panic you can't handle, mass hysteria will lead to breakdown of law and order. Nigeria is not developed like the western countries we are trying to copy. You even left markets that are the most unhygienic places opened. What we need is mass sensitisation on protection and safety. 4 Likes |

How can Lagos ban traveling to and from Lagos, when the national center for disease control (NCDC) is located in Lagos,...... How will the infected persons all over NIGERIA be treated, who will conduct the test, where will the virus sample be diagnose,......... Lagos is joking, when the federal government wanted to established the center in Lagos (just like all federal government project) they should have said no.......... As far as I'm concerned, Lagos can not close their boarder because that is where the national referral center is situated......... And all the cases nationwide will be treated in Lagos. 2 Likes |

Very useless government! What Provision have you made for the residents of your state? Just giving stupid order as if you are feeding any man on the street. Over here the government made adequate provisions. Fucking deluded bastards, Nigerians are on there own, because this bastards are all useless. They can't share sanitisers, face mask or hand gloves to the populace. I heard people are selling for exorbitant prices out there on the street. But they can give orders. 5 Likes |

I am not against the close down of banks, markets, etc due to this virus. My only question is how come the Italian man that brought this virus to Lagos Nigeria is well and tested negative? What was used to treat him and the second person that has been discharged? If the treatment can work on them, why then can't it work on the other patients, also why can't the state government advice residents of the state on the medication and also advice other states of the federation for them to implement it? 6 Likes 2 Shares |

We understand that the Coronavirus situation will only get worse if the Nigerian government is not proactive in ordering a lockdown. Let's avoid overwhelming our health care officials and hospitals by forcefully asking everyone to stay home. We need to deal with this sooner than later...Even if we complain of hunger now, the truth is if we don't take care of this now we will still get to deal with hunger. We need to learn from other countries, We need to act NOW!! (We need your signatures) Can you help get my petition to 99 signatures by the end of today? I started a petition and I need you to sign and share it now. http://chng.it/SFwxsggH |

uunwanaobong3: They have 5 centres in Nigeria. Let them go to others. If you enter Lagos, you would be quarantined inside the bush on the fringes of Lagos. You are from Akwa Ibom. The hospital your government was building, how far? 2 Likes |

In a live press conference on Tuesday, Sanwo-Olu said, “All open markets and stores except for sellers of food and medicines, medical equipment and other essential life-saving products are directed to close from Thursday 26th, 2020 for the next 7 days.” “It is not a total lockdown, we still want people on essential services to go about their normal activities. “We are trying to de-centralise markets in Lagos. This is why we want to use some of our closed schools as markets, so people can buy food and medicine without going a long distance. 1 Like |
