As a newbie, these are common mistakes you'll see on your failed scripts, but with determination you will scale over. Everyone you see today with 5s, 4s, and 3s at one time had several 2s and 1s back to back. But if you can study FAQ very well, study the sample scripts they send to you when you fail any script. Google search words and terminology you don't understand, frequent Slack, glossary, QAW-sample script and try to beat time given for the call. Start with short call for now and reduce the speed to zero.

punctuation errors, and alot. My problem is how to join phrases together. there are sometimes a rep or customer will be saying something, and then change the subject totally, how do I cope with this... something like " what if...I don't know..we could just go through it and ...may be you should try clicking" ...how do I join these together to make sense

- First, you should try not to make your statements too long, before a comma or period.

Time format too, no o'clock, it's always 12:00, or 12 p.m., a.m., even of they say 12 o'clock.

- Be sure to write brand names properly, especially popular ones.

- These are false starts and you can leave them out, from your example you can leave out "what if" it's a false start, and then the rest you can link with ellipses, ... as long as the person doesn't complete a train of thought and then switches to another topic.

- You just need to study the FAQ and you'll get used to it, keep practicing and you'll start understanding the tricks, and what exactly they want, it will get easier, trust me, na so everybody start, you just have to keep at it.
lastly, READ YOUR FAQ!!

Good evening bro. Are you saying there's a way to stop or extend the time limit? Or did I read wrongly

You can write o'clock. There's an example there in the FAQ. But all mention of time must be in numerals. 12 o'clock, not twelve o'clock.

I had to check my FAQ again to confirm your assertion, and I couldn't find anywhere 'o' clock' is written there. It should be 12:00 (if you ain't sure what time of the day it is; p.m or a.m)

Joining the sentences to make sense is quite simple if you understand how to use an important tool(eclipse), that three dot.
Let me try this.
When the speaker says...Of course, you should only write out what the speakers says when it's more than three words and then he or she starts another sentence.
In the illustration above, if it were just "When the speaker". That's just three words and is called a false start. So, u omit and start from, Of course, you should only blah blah blah.
Another Example.
Listen well to the...I mean, you should count the words to know if it's a false start until you are able to master how to use the eclipse technique. (Right). You can also omit the (I mean) at the start of the sentence if u like and just start from "You should".

Listen well to, you know...I mean, you should blah blah blah (wrong).

Words like, you know, like, I mean, okay, of course , are filler words and won't count with the eclipse unless u meet a very lenient rater who might overlook it. It can be tricky sometimes even when using the FAQ(which is where you'll find everything you need to excel). Sometimes you still have to learn from failure. I hope this helps though it's rough.

True not on FAQ, pardon me. It was on slack. Do a search through for previous case. Every thing I put on here is from personal experience. I've never been marked down for using o'clock when then speaker mentions o clock. It the speaker says 12 then it's 12:00. But if she says twelve o'clock, I type 12 o'clock. Maybe you have been marked down for writing o'clock when the speaker says it, maybe I've just been lucky. cheesy

Yeah. Rating depends on the rater. Shithead raters like 25 and 30 always look for a tiny fault just to knack someone a 3 or 4.

Do yourself a favour by going through page 1-10. I'm sure there's a link where you'll download everything you need to know about opening a PayPal account. Knowledge is power.

Even though Square calls are always clear, I hate working on their calls because their pay is too poor, imagine earning less than $2 on 11 minutes call.

Saw same and after withdrawing with transfer, I later saw "completed, withdrew to card" I guess it's with Lesotho.

I've been given 2 because of o' clock by rater 30 and he/she specifically stated wrong timeformat in the quality reason , like you said maybe you've just been lucky.

Okay. First one says missing content which means you missed out a word, phrase or sentence.
The second one, exceeded number of inaudible. For 2.5 minutes audio, you're allowed one of this [...], for 5minutes audio, two of this [...] and it goes on like that.
For the third one, you had errors in amounts written. And the last one, you didn't mask or use [/] for a Restricted Personal Information.
Bottom line is read FAQ. You would have avoided ALL of these rating notes if you had gone through FAQ.

090-1234567 is fine. Try and read FAQ. That's applicable to words like when I-K-E-M-E-F-U-N-A is spelt out.

Exactly. That's just it.

If rep says, I'll call you by 2, it should be transcribed as "2."
If rep says, I'll call you by 2 O'clock, it should be transcribed as 2:00.
If he says, 2pm, it should be 2 p.m. (Note the spacing between 2 and p. Note the dots too).

That it works for them doesn't mean it's what FAQ says. To avoid lamentations as per when a different rater rates.
