Well, you have a point and I thought about that as well before putting up my post however, don't forget FG is planning to give out funds to people in each state (let's hope they do). That is definitely going to cost a lot. So, getting help from outsiders will help in using the available funds for other purposes aimed at curbing the pandemic outbreak.
