Haaaaaaaaa, enjoy yourself ooo, I am trying to incorporate healthy choice into unhealthy choices I make at this stay at home.

I am baking Lemon Blueberry Bread, instead of using just 1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour. I divide the ratio into 1/2 cup AP, 1/2 cup AF(Almond flour), 2/4 CF(Coconut flour) and 1/4 OF(oat flour)

Fingers crossed how it comes out, praying for edible bread. If not it's going to the waste Bin

I believe you when you say the cake tasted moist, fluffy and sweet. One can tell from the look. This will go well with coffee. Perfect outcome.

Bah? For something that looks that good, it should taste same. I'll find time and do that after the lockdown because getting the ingredients might be difficult now. Thank you
