He made nature and the laws which govern them and can, therefore, influence or control them at will. He can do this directly or indirectly through his human vessel. What are you still not getting? YAHVEH owns nature and the laws which nature obeys. He has put these laws in place. If the natural law says X and B must come together in the cloud before it will rain and YHVH Almighty does not want it to rain. All he needs do is prevent X and B from coming together or even he can just reduce their presence in the cloud. This is because he made X and B and the law that says their coming together will bring about rain. Is it not still clear?

There are things which must happen before it will rain. Such things take place in the cloud. Does cloud form inside a room? Since cloud cannot form inside a room because YHVH has not made it so, then it cannot rain inside a house. However, if YHVH Almighty wants it to rain inside a house, he will put in place the same parameters or factors. Then it will rain. He can do this. He is the Creator.


Hurricanes and tornadoes are natural phenomena and are, therefore, caused by certain factors. These factors can be influenced or controlled by YHVH Almighty. It means, therefore, that hurricanes and tornadoes can also be influenced or controlled by YHVH's human vessel by his power, of course. However, such vessel will not go against the will of his Master and Father, YHVH Almighty. What I mean is this: YHVH Almighty has determined to send hurricanes or tornadoes as a form or punishment upon a particular city, even if any vessel of his prays and cries from now to infinity, he accomplish his will. It is at that point the vessel says: "Father let you will be done."

You must understand that YHVH Almighty made nature and the laws which govern them. It then follows that the human vessels of YHVH Almighty can exercise control or exert influence over the these laws, and by that very fact the phenomena they govern.
