You see I am a regular user of Nairaland and I mostly follow threads that are on front page. Hardly do I go to the sections to read news except the business section. Where I believe I could benefit from. I believe the story never graced the front page then, that must be why I did not see it. And thank God it never did.

So I did not see the post until yesterday when the Guy who accused my Nephew got in touch with one of our relatives in the US. He sent several pictures to the person and sent the Nairaland link to him.

My relative called home and sent a message to Babatunde that does he know the person in question who accused him? and he said No. He then sent the message of the guy and the link to him.

Babatunde is not a Nairalander, I am.

So, when he called me telling me about the issue I promised to look up the link. I told him I am a Nairalander.

When I looked it up, I was surprised to see my Nephew's pics all over Nairaland. I was so pissed because I know my Nephew very well. He has a good job and would not venture into such.

So I made the post to call out the accuser. He should be bold enough to meet the person he accused at the EFCC or ICPC so that if he, my Nephew is truly guilty, he would get justice there.

But you can't believe I started receiving comments because of my post . people calling me all sorth of names. Some even said I am the Babatunde.

I just wonder how people apply their education to life issues.

This thing is simple. You accused someone. The person is ready to meet you in front of the law enforcement officers.
Is it not simple?

The Babatunde he has accused is ready to meet him at the EFCC or ICPC. So that he can get the money he is claiming he swindled him of if he is guilty.

One thing is the guy may have been scammed by someone but he has picked on the wrong person. There are more than one person bearing the same three names of Babatunde on Facebook.

He has dented the image of this young man Omotosho Babatunde Ezekiel so much that it is worrisome. The one he has dented his image his very close to me. And it has really saddened my heart too.

How on earth would someone enter someone else's Facebook account and pick pictures and be using it to blackmail him up and down when he has done you nothing. Simply because he bears same name with someone who Scammed you.

Several people bear same names on Facebook. That is a known fact. So you can't just enter anyone's account and say "it is this person that scammed me" When you have no Real Facts.

How sure are you.

Do you know when I first called this guy out.

Some guys on Nairaland attacked me. Some were saying we should forget about the case. That the accuser has moved on. And I suspected that one of them might be the person that scammed the accuser. How can you say we should forget the matter when this accuser of a guy has our person's photos all over the internet.
We should move on and forget the matter. Move on to where?.
Someone blackmailed another person posting his pictures all over the internet claiming he duped him and you say we should move on and forget the matter.

Internet never forgets. Anyone reading the story in the future will believe my nephew was once a fraudster. We are not moving on anywhere but to get to the bottom of the blackmail.
