Good morning all, I just got a new Elepaq Constant Sv2500 three days ago, I used it first night for few hours no complaints and then yesterday been second night, after putting it on, I reduced it a little, it ran for like an hour plus and went off without any sign or anything.

I have checked the oil level, even removed the new oil and fill it again, but it won't start.. someone please help, we are on lockdown now and can't imagine staying without generator this period..

What could be wrong?

Professor I am using oando oleum Super, SAE 40. I buy 1 litre for 1k. Pls can I get a number to call you on cys I really cant explain the stuffs doing the fen via Chat nd the number you dropped here keeps saying switched off

I bought a new Elepaq Constant (yaofeng) 2.5KVA last November and the generator is presently giving me concerns. There are times when the Gen will refuse to start until the technician checks it. All he does is to change the plug or wash it and then we are good for say three weeks.

Then the cycle continues again. This is becoming frustrating for me as per new generator. It has refused to start this evening again.

Abeg, what could be wrong with the Gen? I'm thinking of engaging another technician. I look forward to your reply. Thanks.

Secondly, a technician advised I change the capacitor from 12uf(follow come) to 25uf that powers pumping machine.

Note, the gen is parsun 1900. Pix below

good day professor ...........pls o my stupid and uselesss tiger gen just keep dRinking fuel ...all the 5 liter of fuel that will last 3 nights because i use to on it from 8pm to 12am now the gen will just drink everything in fact i am annoyed i dont no what to do at this extend ......pls provide me with some solution and pls recommend me some other good gen cos i am thinkin of upgrading that useless tiger gen ................. i need sumtin that will carry like 5 bulb, 2 laptop , 1 tv and phones that is all no iron or fridge............tanks professor...............

Pls my generator is a 1.8kva and I used full tank for 5hrs 20min. 26” Ox fan, one ceiling fan one TV and light in two rooms and kitchen n toilet. I am suspecting its consumption is high. Pls advice on wat I can do

Ur gen is doing inner smoke, to manage this u need to get shot dread plug.

Pls, I bought maxmech Gen with 3kva output. Barely worked for 3 weeks. It stopped working all of a sudden, I then called the dealer immediately who asked me to bring the generator so that his engr could work on it which I of course did. The engr only changed the plug and put a new one. Then Gen started working immediately. I took it home and powered it, then work for about 2hrs and stopped working again.

Please what could be the problem...

Change another plug, if still persists.

Anyways pls help, My 2.5kva Tec gen is drinking engine oil, like I use 1 liter of oil for 2days, I use the gen for almost 15 hours a day tho cus light is bad here,nd it used to power my microwave and all, now it doesn't anymore, the enginer has changed the plug and engine oil rings nd all, it carried microwave for a day then stopped, still drinking engine oil.really confused. Nah, it wasn't meant for me. Been using my spg1800 for close to four years now without issues, I was only requesting to see the generator iron he mentioned.
