of course there is police ..but with mutual respect for everyone ..but our naija own both the cameramen and the police we dont know which one does the policing well..

Actually, this is not true. Pictures of scanty or deserted roads can be taken in virtually all countries now including Nigeria.

First, just like in every other part of UAE, the Dubai police has been going around urging people to go stay home.

Second, residents were threatened with jail terms or a fine between AED200,000 to AED1,000,000 if they break the stay-at-home order. A European living in the city was recently arrested for encouraging others to ignore the order.

Controlling people is not that easy anywhere.

people won't go out even if they are hungry, in nigeria here, they will go out because it changes nothing. if you go out corona virus will kill you, if you stay indoor hunger will kill you. if eventually we overcome corona virus, that same hunger is there for some people, they will still die of hunger. its simple people will go out and will never stay indoor in Nigeria.
