Everywhere is on lock down apart from essential duty staff.. furthermore, all transport is free. While u pay 50% for taxi during this lock down. This is the way u make people feel the government.

People say there are police on the road but I've never come across any. Even if you do, just tell them where you're going, why you're going there and how far it is from your house. If they're convinced that the journey is necessary, you're let go. Otherwise, between 700 to 1000 CAD fine awaits you at the court. 1000 cad is 280k in náírà

UAE Population is just nine million. They also produce more oil than us. So by my calculation they can afford to cater for thier population even if they ask them to stay at home for two months.

wow no dear ,majority of the people here are foreigners..the Pakistan's ans some Bangladesh are Muslims mostly without manners and respect for laid down laws..I think the fear of no corruption or bribe brings people to their senses..

Pls take a closer look at that environment I tell me if those people are suffering, their government must have done d needful of sending relive food stuff to their door step hence no need to go out. I have a friend in Dubai who said even as a foreigners, they received both food stuff and money that can last over a month for them with steady electricity and free cable for this period.
Let's hold our government accountable for their mismanagement and corrupt practices.

Dubai is part of the UAE, in UAE you disobey their laws is Straight to Jail and after that Deportation. Everyone living in that country that is not an "Emirati Arab" i,e native is just a "Guest" and you have to renew your visa every 5 years. You can never be a Citizen so when they Say Jump, you Jump and then say "How High should i Jump"!!!
