You should read the AIM website for more details. If you are not a Senior manager in the real sense directly reporting to the Managing Director of your organization, please don't waste funds assessing as HRM.

You can check Judicial and Other legal professionals. If you can align your roles to fit this, you may scale through with Vetassess

There is no occupation as Admin officer on the occupation list, you may need to be specific as to what he does as an Admin officer. More so you didn't state your spouse's previous qualifications.

Your projected 75 points won't cut it for 189. See the invitation rounds as at March 2020 as attached. The last round of invitation for your occupation is at 90 Points. To be realistic, anything less that 85 points at this time may turn out to be a waste of time for 189.


Also, in a relationship means you're single. So, that's 10 points for you. Unless you planned on getting married soon.

Not all states will require that you show POF. You don't need to have relative or family in Aus.

To the best of my knowledge, to gain points for partner skill, DOHA requires that the partner should be a (spouse or de facto partner). You'll be require to show proof for any of these relationships. I assume what you meant was de facto partner.

Expect it to be longer. The current pandemic has created significant delays with all visa processing. Immigration staffs are working at reduced capacity due to social distancing and the work that can be done from home is limited.

Be patient, as long as you already have the invite and submitted an application, you will sure get it. Let the country get through this period first.

Your question was ambiguous. As long as your job descriptions align with the ANZSCO for your nominated occupation, you should be fine.

Do you have evidence of salary paid at the level for your occupation during NYSC? If you have, you can add it to your experience. You need minimum of 3 years experience to claim experience points.

Meanwhile, you don't need to include your MSc, it is not relevant except you want to nominate a related occupation. MSc and BSc are both 15 points.

First and foremost, you cannot apply for 190. Your focus should be on 491.

Secondly, I hope you have gone through VETASSESS requirements before you apply for the assessment. Make sure your job description is aligned. Also, you need to be sure that your degree in English Literature is highly relevant to your nominated occupation. Another way to be sure is to apply for VETASSESS skill assessment support. It's a document checking service that will cost you AUD $110. Better to be sure than waste AUD $880.

Your school have to send the transcript to VETASSESS. There's no two ways about it. If your MBA is related to the nominated occupation, you can use it alone. If you can get your school to send the BSc, by all means do it. Just to be on the safe side.
