If you have reached your target , you can sell

20percent is decent enough this season.

20% ke? when a lot of people entered the bus at N15. There is no need to rush out when one is even still far from breakeven. Though yours truly had to average down by picking up more units at N9.70. Indeed there will be pull backs due to PT but not as serious as experienced before.

Wapco is now a goldmine!

Good day people, please I want to ask. Is Oando suspended from trading? If not, can there be possible turn around for them in the next one year in terms of capital appreciation so far they are not likely to pay dividend?
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by debeey87(m): 1:11pm On Apr 08, 2020
There were not suspended but a lot of people here aren't in favor of the coy's mgt. As for turnaround, no one knows

SELL !!

Again, NOT an investment recommendation.
My advise: Still do well to follow ur instinct.

I love Dangsugar shareholders, when they see results, refuse to upload it on NSE on time, wait to collect your shares first, HOARDING should commence. Then start moving the shares 10 10 10% up until you break even before you open the door..... grin grin grin

If you are not a short termer, it is good.
However, I will say dont buy all at once in case it pullback, you can then buy more.
Not saying it will pullback at the currentprice or not, but the phrase remains "anything is possible".
Do your due dilligence. This is strictly my opinion......... grin

What will be your thoughts on this:

https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1266569/coronavirus-china-pay-global-economy-recession-boris-johnson-UK-xi-jinping

For us our concern is handling situations as they arise. Equally we already have a plan we are following. for example some sectors/companies have been marked as problematic, which systematically we will avoid. Example are: Brewers, Airlines/Logistics, FCMG like Unilever (due to strong competitors) etc.

Finally our approach is that we do not have to be in the market at all time, reduce the number of equities we will be buying (our discipline make sure we never bought or recommend Transcorp when it was trading around NGN1.00 and we look to take advantage of technology and diversify globally (behind the scene we have already pencil down some equities at NASDAQ, NYSE etc).

Some of us are like somebody whose has died and resurrected as far as stock market is concerned we know there is HELL IN THIS MARKET and some companies are just quoted to take away your money without the law being able to do anything about it (ask the investors in Intercontinental/Oceanic Bank, Skye Bank, companies that has never paid dividend for a long time etc).

Please I am sorry there is a limit to what I can write here, but you can follow me up on twitter, where we will from time to time reveal more of our strategies and styles https://twitter.com/AnalysisTarget

I think this is one of the reasons for Dangsugar full bid:
Merger with Savannah Sugar, got SEC approval.

On WAPCO, my FVE using a blend of appropriate valuation model pegs @ N28.65.
...which projects an approx 143% discount(with potential price appreciation) from the current mkt price of N11.80 !!

And for a stock with an EPS of N7.15 at present, don't rule out the possibility of a further 80-115% gain from today's mkt price in the short to mid term.

Note that the thing about the one-off accrued gain/input from the recent sale of its South African business arm was raked-off/discounted before arriving @ that N28.65 valuation.

Again, yes, there'll be bumps(the result of intermittent profit taking) along the way, but forward we shall move !!

...that coy(WAPCO) will 'go places'. Another is UACN !!

To those in; HOLD !!
To those looking to align; ACCUMULATE !!

Time will help set matters straight and put them in their right perspective.

CAVEAT: NOT an investment recommendation.

Enough said.

I am not trying to take away from your analysis but looking at their price history in the last 5 years WAPCO has been heading downhill. Its 52 weeks high was 17.6.

What changed? Some factual information along with the analysis would have been nicer.

Transcorp mulls restructuring:
https://thenationonlineng.net/transcorp-mulls-restructuring-as-profit-drops-by-82/

"At the annual general meeting of the conglomerate later this month, shareholders are expected to consider and vote on a resolution authorising the directors to “carry out restructuring, reorganisation, or reconstruction of the company or a combination of any of such actions or other business arrangements as they deem appropriate"

**I mentioned this few weeks ago but didnt attach link then.

** What could this mean for the shareholders?
From what I read, I could only interprete it to be a positive news.......and also judging from the volume these past few days.............. but I may be very wrong.
Our ogas, please help us torchlight this if you have any info on it, make we no miss out if its a good news. grin

Caveat: Not an advert to buy or sell. I'm not a promoter like Peter. grin

Dont go and get mis-informed because of sentiment ooo.
It resisted further price shedding at 60kobo, traded mostly at 68kobo in today's market before a panic seller came to drop the price to 65kobo.
Anyone with insider info can assist here.
I dont want what happened to me in CCNN due to sentiment to repeat itself. I dey find money bargain seriously now. grin
