Broccoli is. I love Broccoli salad. I make them with Broccoli, Carrots, shredded cheese, broken pecans, sunflower seeds, cranberries, raisins and Ranch dressing.

An alternative is to use fresh baby spinach and change the dressing to rasberry dressing

Thanks but I almost got myself into trouble because I accepted 4 orders and the gas was almost finished in the cylinder , hence the low heat from the oven, people who wanted the snacks for lunch ended up getting it in the night and I was unable to deliver the last set, no way I could have gone knocking someone's door that late, I will apologize tomorrow.
may be I'm in Covid-19 Stay@home business. (-:

Not an Ewedu person because I did not grow up eating it since my mom is not Yoruba however, we have some at home and usually, I eat it with Gbegiri the two times I did this year.
