A jobless zombie has gotten his conditional cash transfer of #20,000 before that of Npower will show, so I am not surprise about the outburst.
My only surprise is the fact that, as a receipient, you are trying to hide that you are a beneficiary. Don't you want us to thank Buhari on your behalf? If we accused him of not performing, we cannot accuse him of not paying his team of zombies the stipends and handouts.
