RuudVanNisteroy:

Has everything to do with leadership- they control the budget. The followers are also responsible for electing thieves who have failed them time and time again.
still everything comes back to the followers. If the leaders control the budget who elects them? Besides before the leaders attain leadership they are firstly followers. Everything is about the followers cause out of them comes the leaders.

OP, please take down this stupid thread.
It is a BS topic and the premises are faulty. The education of people who think there is a point to all these is faulty.

You cannot take a subset of the "who is who" of Nigeria's collective corporate leadership and assume they would make good Presidents. I say it again, your education is faulty.
85% of these names will fail in their first six months because what is in demand is not managing for short term targets like 'fake profits to declare' and dividend to pay this financial year OR how to comply with instructions from central offices of some multi national company.
The that is quality in demand by Nigerians is prividing short tetm panaceas to immediate social, security and fiscal problems WHILE building foundations for long term economic health by doing, education, infrastructure, health and power.

All these guys above are the CAUSES of the problems we have now. Go and find out how organizations they led cheated Nigeria out of oil revenue, royalties and taxes. What of bag man.jobs for politicians. What of hand in glove authority stealing with OBJ?

Please get serious and use your mind incisively.instead mrntally mentally timid and following flawed heroes packaged for you by a corrupt press.

Nigeria is a failed state and a fantastically corrupt shithole. I gave you a list of the team I think can salvage the country. Don't just criticize, let me know the alternative team you have in mind.

Same what our politicians have been telling us.. Average NL's are worst than the politicians themselves.

Giving excuses for his mistakes instead of admitting.

Ordinary paper list you failed woefully

As usual Another intelligent, civiliized quote by you , our dearest friend.

Seriously, this is one hell of a team. I don't give a hoot about the fact that it's 80 percent Igbo, those individuals you listed are super competent!!!

No career politician or ex general can make my list because they are all fantastically corrupt shameless crooks.
Anyways, this is your dream team. I don't see it changing the Nigerian situation, but it will be far better than the present administration.

You assume that the only problem facing the country is from the executive arm. The legislative arm needs total overhaul.
I would have listed my team here or the qualities that should head affairs of the country, but it is your thread.

Beachside:
Are the countries you listed fictitious colonial entities created for greedy gains by forcefully merging different ethnic nations? that's what Nigeria is .
Netherlands is an ethno state,Japan is an ethno state.Botswana(Tswana land) is an ethno state. US,Canada,Australia,New zealand, were formed by rebels from Europe who built the country based on Anglo ideals and system .Other European immigrants such as dutch and German agreed and adopted to the system . In fact, some even changed their names to English names.
Did Calabar and the 16 ethnic nations in Nigeria sign any documents to form a country called Nigeria? That is why black people will always be viewed as monkeys and that's why Nigeria and africa will always be third world shithole because you refuse to use your brains. You will keep going in circles.
Nigeria is already a failed state ,and it's future is even bleaker.

Nigeria is a failed state and a fantastically corrupt shithole that can be salvaged by my Dream Team.

Your reply did not debunk anything I said .I don't care about your stupid dream team for the shithole. You are a monkey, that's why your primitive mind did not ponder about my comment . The monkey man can not reason beyond 2 months. all you think about is sex and food . that's why you procreate like rabbits . I think you should have your status stripped and deported from the Netherlands back to your shithole .
A forced amalgamation can be made to work . I have seen Nigerians from all tribes work together in a corporate environment to achieve a common goal.
I have no plans of coming back. The dire security situation is what made me flee from the country.

So the US and Russia should be one country because they worked together in world war 2 ? I have a few nationalities working for me , so those nations should be one country? Most of you live in developed societies but still reason like monkeys. You live in an Ethnic nation(Netherlands) or true federalism system (US,Canada Australia) ,yet you support Nigeria's flawed system.
The flawed system needs to be restructured. It is currently in the hands of few feudal lords. There are only two classes in Nigeria:the elite who plunder the nation and the masses.

Talented lots.

But i see one northerner in your list.

Appointment must be balanced. There are really competent and corrupt-free people in every part of Nigeria.

A large responsibility of Leadership is to mobilize resources, especially people, by making every person feel part of the leadership. Exclusion is poisonous to Leadership.

I thought people woud have learnt from the disaster that is Buhari

Why should they be 90% from South?

No reputable Northerners to be on the list?

Your list looks like Southern Economy team not Nigeria Economy team

That team up there is what this contraption needs...

Buhari that has all the Northerners have achieved zilch

I agree it must have some balance. However, my team is not tribalistic, they have led large organizations with different tribe.
However, I agree it must have some balance to make every person feel among. Do you have any recommendations?

Nigeria is NOT a failed state. I said it before that you need education. A lot of half educated people are using this expression " failed state ". It is a testament to high IQ to actually research the meaning of the term and look as to whether objective criteria to define failed states have been met. They have not.
I have lived on three continents.
Nigeria is very far from failed state status.
The problem the country has is actually YOU. The badly educated, largely skill-less, urban dwelling young people below the age of 40 who absolutely think the country owes them. It does not.
The country is rather expecting them to be innovative, hard working and redilluent in solving economic problems AND developing/ applying a code of ethics in social service and governance.
All we are getting from you guys is yahoo yahoo, weakness of will, indiscipline and a stupid hankering to emigrate abroad and pursue dead end careers ehilse opportunities here are being snapped up by Indian, Chinese and Arab youths

You suffer delusions of granduer. Did young people over 40 loot $582 billions dollar since independence meant to provide us 24 hour electricity, hospitals, highways, portable water, sanitation and drainage?
