i would suggest if it's a geo domain starting with a city, then use a screenshot from ads.google.com, just search for the city, screenshot and send to him, tell him that he can reach that amount of population with that domain. He wont understand the trick orelse he is really an SEO expert.

Small sales alert this week, though big to me o

On monday got an inspiration to mail one of my old customer and ask him if he would be interested in buying some names for below $100, that due to the effect of covid-19 and economic breakdown, our company is willing to let them go at low amounts. (NOTE: I never had those names, I just did a research on him and saw his services covers most cities in his state, and the last name he bought was just one of the city+service keyword, and the other surrounding cities close to him + same keyword where still available).
So he said he was interested, I risked buying costly four names from epik, buh thank God he actually bought three.

Cost price : $8.49 + $8.49 + $8.49
Sale price : $99 + $100 + $100
Bought and sold : Via Epik.
Hold time: Few hours (with a lot of tension )

Some months back, nearly did that with one end user, i shortlisted 4domains to register at Godaddy ($12/domain), just b4 i purchased, i emailed the guy to make sure say e go buy, to avoid stories that touch, dat guy go read and no go reply my email, prior to that we exchanged alot of emails,
