The only thing I enjoy during this lockdown is constant power supply here at Gbadamosi/Moshalasi/Johnson area of Itire/Surulere LGA. Eight hours of power supply in the morning(10 am to 7pm) and six hours power supply in the night( 11pm to 5am) daily. Kudos to Eko Distribution company
This not true my brother semi sarowe doesn't see the same light you are talking off even when they are using the same transformer.

The reason we are having stable light in most parts of the country Is that most of the big companies that consumes the power are temporarily closed down cause of the covid issue.
After the covid crisis we go go back to square 1.

Good day to you all,let us talk about the electricity situation in our areas.

Here in Cele--Ijaniki LA. we hardly see light, and the power supply was intermittent since yesterday's afternoon, till now it has not been restored.

We can't even boast of 6 hours power supply in my area. During this lock-down, there should be power so as to make us stay indoor, listen to news, and be current with daily happenings.

Why is this country like this? Since 1960 till date we are still battling for a stable power supply.

Our leaders have failed us. Lovely people of Nairaland, how is it in your area?
ijaniki is cursed

No electricity here in Akure. Sometimes, it is 3hrs in more than 24hrs. Nothing to write home about. Their distribution is from Osogbo. Akure, as big as it is, is probably solely dependent on a 332Kva substation. Consequently, electricity has to be rationed district by district.

The lockdown really improved power supply here.

I can say I get at least 18hours a day. If it can be like this during lockdown then why can't it be so on a normal day??

This country ehhnn

In Woji, Port Harcourt it's been uninterrupted for like 5 days stretch... PHED has always been trying around Woji and Peter Odili road atleast we have an average 22 hours daily power supply except for days when there is a fault. Overall PHED has been amazing...

Very very very stable where I am. It makes me feel that we can get stable power supply if people selling generators don't bribe PHCN to switch light off. We are our own enemies
