Excellent. I stay in Ikota Lekki services by Eko Electricity. I hardly put on my generator and I work from home having to be at my laptop by 8 am. Light has been on since 1am this morning and has not blinked. So it is an average of 16 hrs.

Good day to you all,let us talk about the electricity situation in our areas.

Here in Cele--Ijaniki LA. we hardly see light, and the power supply was intermittent since yesterday's afternoon, till now it has not been restored.

We can't even boast of 6 hours power supply in my area. During this lock-down, there should be power so as to make us stay indoor, listen to news, and be current with daily happenings.

Why is this country like this? Since 1960 till date we are still battling for a stable power supply.

Our leaders have failed us. Lovely people of Nairaland, how is it in your area?
Some states can boast of 20hours power supply , while in Delta, especially in Warri it is epileptic ,filled with elephantiasis, tigeriasis, lioniasis and even cowtiasis .In fact, PHCN is not trying at all.We should be having light at least 16hours (66.7%) daily in this country .Now we having issues on Covid- 19,instead of praying about that, I will praying for NEPA to put on the light. Is it normal ? For example now , there is no light and only God knows when the light will come

BEDC is the worst DISCO in Nigeria. The Osubi/Ugolo axis of Warri is cut off (except you are on airport line). They claim they are supplying 6 hrs light daily. But by the time you add the off and on, its not even up to an hour thirty minutes at of the whole 24hours. I honestly can not remember the last time we slept with light. PTI road, alegbo, uti road etc are in pains too. BEDC is just incompetent and useless.
These areas where enjoying constant power supply what happened?

50%, government should do something about this problem. we were told to stay at home but how can that be possible when there is no light. imagine FG promising light for 2 month and no payment of electricity bill only for us to be given d bill yesterday and they said the order is invalid. what a useless country Nigeria is
The federal government didn't make such promise rather your legislators did however they haven't sit to decide that yet
Re: What's The Electricity Situation In Your Area Like During This Lockdown? by Renegadefrank(m): 8:55pm On Apr 13, 2020
Bad or terrible is an understatement. We get 30 seconds light everyday and at intervals. It's so annoying because it's like the idiots just want to let us know they are controlling it anyhow they like.
This has been happening for a while now in Ologuneru area of Ibadan. Some other areas around enjoy power supply but na we just become scapegoats. All of us dey wait PHCN officials when this is over to cone collect money.

Na Heaven or wherever else dem dey go. My frustration go boil reach surface that day. Modafvckers
