What I envisage with your stooling is you have upset the microflora (Microbial) balance in your gut. To start with, you need to stop figeting, it may just be a viral or bacterial infection. They could be very stubborn to treat.
I expect you'd have done a full blood count, and probably a chemistry test. Also a stool analysis is necessary. Then probably redo the Rvd test again using all test kits

Not HIV. I made a similar post 2 years ago here. Went to Lab to figure it out, they asked me to do HIV test and my mind left my body figuratively. Took me forever to go and collect the test result, but it came out negative. Culture test revealed streptococcus bacteria with Azytromycin prescribed. Also told me to be chewing vitamin c. All these was because of one phat short woman like that. Painful thing was I didn't even enjoy the encounter, but came out with white tounge.

OP I av no clue, please visit a consultant.

You will still need to run another RVS. Use a different lab and ensure a DETERMINE STRIP is used.

Also they should run FBC. Let's know your pcv, and incase of any other microbial infection. More so, E/U/Cr should be done. When you are done with these, let me know.
