My line of thought exactly. In this lockdown scenario, it'd have been a source of delivery of food (none perishable/liquids) and other items to people but this is Nigeria where we either underutilise or abuse every opportunity!

Why would DHL be working and NIPOST isn't (fully working)? Why Transferred revenue to DHL and other logistics coys on a platter of gold! Mumu authorities.

That is an estimation not that it must arrive that/those dates. The situation of things should already prepare your mind when ordering from AE this period so just chill.

The offers may not be scam. But AE sabi how to bait people to make them click. That ₦206 for that sneakers fit be the cost of the lace. You may see phone tagged ₦500. That may be the cost of the screen protector. When you click on it you will see ₦500- ₦65,000

₦500 is the screen protector and ₦65,000 the cost of the phone. They do this to ensure their ad pop up whatever amount you use to filter out contents

It's annoying when you put ₦30,000 and use it to filter out phones and iPhone 11 Pro Max pops up. The 30k may be the cost of the phone's casing

b) it's the major shipping method used for phones aside the likes of DHL, FedEx, EMS
c)Yes, they can but I won't advise you place any order for now except you're willing to wait for more than 2months.

I repeat, this isn't a good time to order! Delivery issue might come up due to our lockdown here and it'd be unfair to open dispute cuz of that. So, wait till the govt relaxes this. You can use jumia or check Xiaomi thread store on Nairaland. Reasonably priced phones are sold there too if you're in a hurry.
