This is a wake up call to us as a people. This truly shows us that the useless Governors, president, senators and LGC chairmen are all selfish.

Tell me Nigerians, which governor, senators, LG chairmen REALLY dignified her citizens with palliative? Was it not mockery and let the people know that I sha gave so next election na mi then go vote for

They divided us along religion and ethic line so we xan fight ourselves while they stole money

Which senators did you see reject his new car just to say 'I stand with my people'.

Let not throw in sentimental statement when they come to cajole you for your vote.

When apc told us 1naira =1dollar, we didn't ask questions on how he was going to do it.

When they came and told us free education we didn't ask how qualitative

When they said 5k to every unemployed youths, we didn't ask them to show us their database

Let ask quotient questions so we can all hold them accountable tomorrow.

The comment of people here as once again confirmed that the problem of Nigeria is the people. Many Nigerians have no sense, how can you believe such a horrible fallacious story. So in your stupid mind, someone will die, and someone will tell people **action**, make sure people no dey for his side, take picture from a good angle, then tell people to continue wailing.
You think someone without food to the point of death would have energy to go mix cement, before finally fainting.
I guess many of you do not know how the human mind is programmed for survival, if worse comes to worse, nobody go tell him before begging for food, then after no more option would die. Hunger death is a progression, that would happen at the last stage, and a stage before the death would not be Jim mixing cement, it would be him lieing lifeless, then death. Use your brain
Thank God for sensible people like you in this forum, after reading the caption I quickly looked at the picture of the guy because I thought for him to have died of hunger must have looked like a skeleton.

RIP to the young man. It is obvious hunger was not the only thing responsible for his death because he had been working at the site and probably been paid before today. Yes they get paid daily and must have had some money to buy food. This headline is sensational and the person who made the post is simply chasing clout. Have we considered other factors like performance enhancing drugs? Not that he was unemployed na. RIP once again.

Exactly

Ozoebuka1 said so...

This is what will happen;

1. We will all gather here and insult our politicians intelligently.

2. Yorubas will get angry when you insult a particular politician from Yoruba, so will igbo and Hausa.

3. In the next election, we will still vote a person who we know won't perform well just because he came from our tribe.

My verdict is this...
I am stupid, lazy and docile.
The op is stupid, lazy and docile.
The first person that commented is same.
So is the last person that will comment...
All of us are the same, because all we are good at is complaining online. What we get is what we deserve!!!

Nigerians and stupidity are brethren. F00lish illiterates everywhere. This shitty trash is what y'all are believing, that hunger is responsible for that robust looking fellow? Have you all no idea what hunger is? Nigerians are plain stupid! Anything they tell y'all, you swallow. You can't do simple analysis or reasoning. God forbid!

Naija and fake news.

So who conducted an autopsy to determine that he died of hunger?

Do you people know that someone can go for 40 days without food? As long as you stay hydrated, you can survive for 40 days without food.

All these fake news is just pathetic and sad. There are people who needs help and even I have been giving family and friends helping hand to buy food and stuffs.
He could have died due to many other reasons. In fact he will be almost skeletal before he can die of hunger.

FAKE NEWS
Why don't you use yourself as a Guinea pig by going 40 days without food? Talking rubbish

Exactly my thoughts immediately I saw the photo. I'm an architect, so the picture seemed self explanatory to me. He's employed( most likely on daily pay) and died while working, why choose hunger as a reason for his death? Yes, people are hungry but why would one choose to use the Internet to spread false info?

Human can still survive 46days without food as the body will feed on itself...Nevertheless let's not fall for the sensational title and write ups as anything can now be put together just to discredit the country and the government in power.

Am not saying people are not hungry but not all death is as a result of hunger.

During the first week of lock down, I met and elderly man of about 70, he walked all the way from ikoyi to Mm Airport to collect the balance of his salary from his former boss where he worked as a security guard. He was denied access to the and after waiting for 7 hrs he had to walk back to ikoyi to resume duty at his new place of work

I don't believe this.
Mods should please verify.

A person who's extremely hungry to point death wouldn't attempt to mix cement talk more carrying it.
Also if he fainted am sure there's more than enough time for the locals around him to rivive him with water and some snaks rather than letting him die and take pics.
Even the food sellers or snaks sellers around there would offer him freee food.

Mods should verify posts pls it's hard to believe..
hunger never do u sometin daz y ur talking trash hia
