Maybe you agreed too soon and he started to question the genuineness or how valuable the domain is. I'm not sure, just troubleshooting. But I have learned from the bosses that these things happen once in a while. Sorry brother.

But if you have PayPal try utilizing it for small sale like 100-500$

Even 1000$ is possible but because of trust issues is better to use escrow for this amount.

With PayPal 100$ is 100$ only charge you pay is 5$ flat fee and the exchange rate is standard so you might not feel the 5$ good thing is even if you are withdrawing 500$ is still 5$ flat fee....

Is better than loosing 10% commission to escrow and bank charges will still follow which is greater than 5$ equivalent..

But if you go against the rules the will block you irrespective of the funds in there, if you are lucky after 180 days you get the funds .

The key rule is

Don't Accept Fraudulent Funds

Always make sure your funds are clean and from clean sources, no follow people wey do free PayPal giveaway on Twitter, if you submit your email and the pay you, you don't know where the funds are coming from, it might be stolen funds

so with PayPal, there won't be any single bank charge, just a 5 dollar reduction ,wow

I saw emails from Dan regarding a sale ($299) after turning on my data this morning. I was like... Believe it or not, this was my first sale that's up to $200 all these years.

I must say sammchuck1 contributed to this sale, although he might not realize it. Thanks, bro!

I looked at and slightly modified the short email sample sammchuck1 shared days back. I then used his method of collecting leads from Google's business directory to get more leads for this domain name - I first did outbounding for it some weeks ago.

The only person that requested price after the first outbounding lost interest (if I remember correctly) after I told him the price was $205 - I initially listed at about $199.

I just vex hike the price to $299 when no one showed interest. All die na die.

I used the new email format to contact the fresh leads I collected yesterday. That's how I woke up to a sale notification this morning.
