No negative implications. If your registrar is in the list of fast transfer network, simply email them to accept the transfer request from Afternic with the domain name in question duly quoted. You'll get a mail from your registrar to click for fast transfer acceptance.

God did it again today despite the coronavirus palaver.

I saw emails from Dan regarding a sale ($299) after turning on my data this morning. I was like... Believe it or not, this was my first sale that's up to $200 all these years.

I must say sammchuck1 contributed to this sale, although he might not realize it. Thanks, bro!

I look at and slightly modified the short email sample sammchuck1 shared days back. I then used his method of collecting leads from Google's business directory to get more leads for this domain name - I first did outbounding for it some weeks ago.

The only person that requested price after the first outbounding lost interest (if I remember correctly) after I told him the price was $205 - I initially listed at about $199.

I just vex hike the price to $299 when no one showed interest. All die na die.

I used the new email format to contact the fresh leads I collected yesterday. That's how I woke up to a sale notification this morning.

oh.. i see... not from google maps directly oo! i'll type the keywords into google maps, i'll see businesses offering services relating to the keyword, some will have website n direction, i'll rightclick those, visit their sites n extract the mails. extracting mails takes way too long, but this one was not up to 3hrs. The emails were just on their sites, i didn't need to go to fb or type email domainname.com on google

i would suggest if it's a geo domain starting with a city, then use a screenshot from ads.google.com, just search for the city, screenshot and send to him, tell him that he can reach that amount of population with that domain. He wont understand the trick orelse he is really an SEO expert.

nice one bro, although tomorrow will make it 1 year since I joined SH, I decided to shift my focus to brandables cos Outbounding wasn't working for me... the only 3 names I have sold so far was on namejet back then In December 2018 made about 120k on namejet auction then...


that been said, I decided to shift attention to brandables last year... presently I have 52 names on SH 6 out of those are reg by me with zero sale.... patience is very very important in brandables.......

I made similar request as a newbie on SH discussion forum & on namepros. I wasnt obliged. I was told to slug it out.

I shared here how i bought keyword list $30 on some occasions. had to read & learnt how to come up with my list. Just updated my ED filters dew days back adding more keywords.
