One just need to brush it with oil, butter or margarine. For easy removal

I don't think there's any special method apart from the one you already know.

Always preheat your sandwich toaster before use and don't use spread that contains water.

You can also get cooking spray.... Note: some Bread dont go well with sandwich toaster.

, the soft one that has just began to go bad) chicken and a piece of fish. One significant difference I've noticed between Ghanaian and Nigerian fried rice is the corn. Yellow corn, I presume. Would love to try it out one day.

I have actually lost weight because I had more time to plan my meals thoroughly and prepare vegetables and salads. I also cleared out my house off all the unneeded junk acquired over the years so I had some work out too.

I usually fry my eggs in stew, so they are always sort of orange. I added dodo to the fried eggs and fried them together for a few mins and thank you grin
