I have actually lost weight because I had more time to plan my meals thoroughly and prepare vegetables and salads. I also cleared out my house off all the unneeded junk acquired over the years so I had some work out too.

No much ceremony, fry the stew using palm oil, put everything nessesary, crayfish, spinach, etc. Introduce your already peeled and washed potato. Wait for it to be soft then mash.

Too little Ghanaian fried rice with fried plantain (dodo , the soft one that has just began to go bad) chicken and a piece of fish. One significant difference I've noticed between Ghanaian and Nigerian fried rice is the corn. Yellow corn, I presume. Would love to try it out one day.
