You have to align with their cooking pattern before you could introduce yours for better time management.

Most parents are responsible for the high level of moral decay in our society today.... You really made a salient point

As a man, I cook every of my favourites meals myself. my sits in the sitting room and watches the t.v. I prepare pap and Ankara, moinmoin, spaghetti, pick and cook beans and amala myself. sometimes i do the dishes.
The truth is he prefers you in the kitchen. you both have to talk this through.
is he preparing u by testing you , that I don't know but you have to discuss it with him, in this process, the truth will come out.
we both go to work and return in the evening, so why would I retire to the sitting room while she does all the work? it isn't appropriate.

Don't let anyone enslave you in the name of being wife material... Have good manners as a lady.... Cooking is your duty but go with a guy who understands the fact that he isn't marrying a cook but a companion... With that mindset he'll be able to sense when you're tired and when to help you out.... and to guys, if you have a woman who is domestic, don't over work her

Only a wicked sombori will subject someone to such stress. As much as I respect ladies who cook well, what is the reason for the fridge? Don't kill someone's daughter in the name of 'I don't eat stale food'.
