Alright since we are all giving stories. This happened during my undergraduate days. This shocking and it's a true life story

It was 100level first semester, a student of philosophy, one of my course mate died, at home during that ASUU strike of 2012. So her boyfriend didn't know that she was, after the strike everyone resumed back to school including the dead girl.

On resumption she was in class with us and her boyfriend has been eating her food and staying with her without him knowing she is a ghost.

On one particular day, we were having a lecture, Phil 102, the girl sense that someone was coming from home to pick her belongings in school, she told the lecturer that she want to go an ease herself.

Few minutes later her dad was escorted to the LT with our hod and told us what happened, a real cold fell on everyone because we just saw her left the class and we were informed she has been died for 6months now.

NB: There is more to life that meet the eyes. Be carful out there

Some weird facts 'bout me.
1. No matter how deep asleep i am..if anyone enters my room or come close 2 me..i would surely open my eyes..even @ midnight.
2. I sleep late nd wakes up early..my sleepimg tge mostly is btw 3-4 nd i wakes by 6 no matter how late i slept.
3. I can stay indoor 24/7 ..alot of my friends complain about dis..even my parents.
4. No matter how interesting a movie is..i can never watch it twice nd i don't remember a movie's title but can narrate it.
5. I can romance for hours nd wouldn't sex..i just don't have interest in having sex.
- some weird people i have met or seen.
1. I had a friend from school which i enjoy sleeping in his room..dis guy would wake up in the middle of d night nd then sit 4 like 30 mins with his eyes wide open b4 going bak 2 sleep nd it happens everyday.
2. I knew a guy dat never wears any top unless he's going to skul.he can go 2 d third street without wearing any shirt..funniest tin is dat he's always holding his top
3. I had a gal dat menstruates just 3ce a year

I got one, he hardly has friends highest number of friends he has is 2. I asked him why and he said I can't understand, I had to disturb him then he said "Anyone who becomes his friends or relative won't be able to hide any secret. It will all be revealed to him. I told him its a lie until he told me my ATM password, phone password, even when I claimed to be a virgin and I'm not.
He mentioned the number of girls I have slept with everything and he even said the more he relate with anyone the more he knows so he hardly have friends.
I was like wow. Hw did you know all this then he said every night he go to sleep they just get revealed to him.

I had a guy in school then,he was sooo rough, he is not book neither did he know anything,he will only start reading for exam,whether calculation or reading one a day to exam,but he can grasp so fast and unbelievingly accurate and will pass more than una wey done dey read from the beginning of the semester.
He was the among the last 7 in academics things in class but is amongst the top 5 out of a class of 57 or so.

lol I did this so well from my secondary to university days... In Uni days I was even nicknamed illegal due to this for being too unserious but was among the best in my department. I never had love for studying but had a sharp brain to pick things up

Some 14-15 years ago, we had a Call Centre. There was this particular lawyer; one of our best customers who knows all the numbers on his phone off head.

Never for once did he copy the numbers he want to call from his phone or diary and there are times he calls more than 7 different number in one sitting.

It's like the thread is more about weird, strange and mysterious experience. Here's mine.
In my over thirty years of existence, there are some things I have done that I always have the feelings that it's not the first time I have done it. There are also situations and circumstances that I will find myself and later I will this feeling that this is not the first time I have been in that situation. I feel like I have been through this before even if that's the first time am doing that thing or passing through that situation. There's this feeling like am a continuation of some else life who has existed before me.

I used to do that too when I was a kid. I just stopped one day and I didn't go back. I think you have control over it. Don't do it when you have the urge. Soon, your body will adjust.

had this colleague while i was serving who was super weird. he had this insane habit of locking himself up in his room for, sometimes, 72hours at a stretch and no matter how hard anyone knocked, dude never opened the door. more weird was the fact that you'd always hear this eerie humming sound he was making from inside. till we passed out, no single lady ever got to enter his room. the guy was incredibly spooky.

Exactly my brother,you totally understand; physical effort is not enough to sustain the barking I heard that day, because it was loud,like really loud so she should have gotten tired after making those strange noises for minutes,this happened in the evening too.
The point where I knew it was beyond her control was when she slowly reduced her voice, stopped barking for a few seconds then started again as loud as the first time.
Please is there any possible remedy to this,I asked someone around that day what the problem was and he said she is an imbeciIe;I think it's more than that,i can't think of any ailment, deformity/disability that will make someone do something so out of the ordinary,not even madness

Really I can't seem to read about that condition online. If you don't experience it ..you won't believe. There is more to the things we see with our physical eyes.

There's is my former roommate that has this unusual ability to recognise people. If my friend sees a shadow of person you both met 10years ago and say its the person please do not argue with him. I argued with him for 3 good years before I eventually take him for who he is. He is always right every time. Unfortunately, he no sabi book.

There is one BBC reporter who features in a program called, Travel Show, this guy is totally blind and partially deaf yet BBC employed him to travel the whole world and report back!
To me, that is completely weird.

damn it. was about to say this. that's the weirdest guy I've seen. hes been to over 127 countries and his commentary is remarkable despite being blind. hes also an author. I dont think he works for bbc but his travels have been featured on bbc.

I meet this seamstress who will eat and leave dirty plates and pots in her shop for almost 2 months without washing them, I wanted to learn small work from her but after what I saw consistently, I left the learning halfway cause I was highly irritated beyond human understanding.
I just can't stand dirty environment or people.

Personally, I'm wired in such a way that I can't sleep without a heavy blanket covering me from head to toe
I feel very comfortable to sleep when I'm sweating under the blanket, but can't sleep under AC or Fan as my both nostrils will be blocked with catarrh.
Again, I always sweat in my palms and toes notwithstanding the weather.
Mum always feels I'm abnormal. Lol

I'm an extreme introverted and melancholic personality
I just love my own company to a fault
I can stay indoor for 2 weeks and feels absolutely no disconnection from the world.
That's why I feel so indifferent about this lockdown except that my business is suffering it.

i had the same issue as a kid, but my mum kinda brought it under control by serving me eba with okro soup most of the time. u know the soup texture will make it easier to swallow the eba, u could try it. if e no work just leave her, most persons outgrow it in maturity.

tho even now i still chew my eba sometimes, and i don't eat it in public cos of that, i don't want to be caught unawares

I have met a very weird person who reads peoples minds like mad....his ability to accurately analyse a situation and come up with accurate conclusions is also quiet good. But he can read people very well....I used to think he was a genius until I read "What Every Body Is Saying".

I am also weird in that I eat my fingernails

Back in secondary school, I had a friend who likes hurting himself. One day l was with him and he said he wanted to feel pains, the next thing he did shocked me. He picked up a piece of glass on the floor and cut himself on in his right hand. Another day he was ironing his cloth and decided to burn himself with the hot iron. The scar was on his hand till we graduated. The guy is late now, may his soul rest in peace. Miss you G Dogg.

I was bored and felt I should return to this thread.

Had an encounter with this pretty blind girl at Enerhen junction... The way she goes about helping her mom who's selling food by the roadside, you would think she's a general overseer...

I watched her from a distance and noticed something about her and it got my attention, she refused anyone who wants to help her out with what she was doing... From picking the plates to gathering the vegetables her mother use...

So, I decided to try her, I got to her mother's stand and ordered for a plate of starch and Banga soup, while the mother was at it, my full attention was on this young lady and this time she was busy transferring hot soup from a big pot to the thermacool cooler, I was shocked how she did that without any drop of soup touching the floor...

Then she did what surprised me and some people, her mom gave me the food I ordered and she walk to her mom with the aid of her stick and told her that she should reduce my portion because I was was not hungry and I only came there to verify if she was truly blind and she said all these with a smile on her face... Everyone burst into laughter at the busy Enerhen junction, I smiled, but I was shocked how she got that perfectly.

I know a guy who I think may suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder although he vehemently denies.

He has a habit of looking at the time almost everytime and at a particular time, he mutters some words to himself. He repeats words a lot and he has a weird counting habit from counting the numbers of letters or words in a book to counting the number of cars passing by when seated. He has an arrangement for his clothes and things and he'll never touch his phone unless it's fully charged and even ignoring calls from his parents while his phone charges.

I asked him if he could stop and he tells me that he thinks something bad if he does will happen so it's doesn't hurt to continue his obsessive rituals.

Lol. I can relate. I have OCD too, but not this severe. I always divide words into syllables of Threes. If the sentence or word doesn't make a perfect group of three(s), I will feel bad. And I have a thing for the smallest details. Rough edges, a cloth thread dangling loosely, little little details.

I don't think it's generally bad sha.

Okay let me post this here , I actually knew it was true but I was aving doubt until I decided to ask my friends that we both went to the same primary school together and they confirmed it

Their is this particular girl we wia in primary 2 or 3 ,This girl cant go 10 minutes without sleeping ,a teacher will tell her to stand up and before you know she is already sleeping, people said she was bitten by tse tse fly

Second part if you went to mayflower school ikenne between year 2010-2013 their was this particular very very short and little girl, rumour had it that she was in her twenties already and she was had a body of a 4 year old girl .

I do that too. I remember last year. I went for a job at redeem camp. After working with my team.. 8am - 9am everyone was tired. So we went back to our Lodge.

According, to my friend she told me I was snoring heavily. As girls they came around trying to Mock and take pictures. The moment they get closer to me. I'll stop snoring. Like I know what they're about to do.. She told me they tried almost 3 times. Still the same.

Immediately, they left.. My snoring continue I don't even know until I was told the next morning.

but I'm with my phone most of the time still I don't pick sometimes. if u ask me later I'll tell you that my phone was on silent that's why
