As for me
I've always had this habit of chewing my mouth whenever I want to sleep (anytime).
My mum corrected me severally while growing up but I didn't change. I've tried so hard to stop but then I find it hard. It's a bad habit I really wanna stop

Eating my nails, I take soft drinks a lot especially cola products (pepsi, coca cola, RC cola etc.) and I'm literally addicted to my phone and laptop

Buying of boxers...my wardrobe is filled with boxers. Currently I have more than 70 pieces even though I have disposed some recently.

The only habit I feel is quite worrisome to me is picking meat from soup at intervals. And I'm afraid this thing might follow me to Hubby's house. Like seriously after taking some pieces of meat when I dish my food, I'll finish the meat and go back to take more. Then, when I'm bored or lazying about, I'll just go to my pot of soup or stew and throw one piece in my mouth. until that soup becomes bare, I will not rest.

Its bothering me and I wish to stop.

Another one is sniffing bread for freshness cos I detest stale bread. And the sellers don't find it funny sometimes but I can't eat smelly bread . So, what I do to avoid being noticed is, I just swirl the bread around my nose (a few inches away) to detect the staleness or freshness rather than sniffing directly into it. And it seems to work as well.


I stll need remedy for the former.

I trust no one.

People see this as a bad attribute about me.
