Good day. Please I need encouragement. The past few days I’ve been hypertensive and unrelaxed. I’m far away from my family members and I stay alone. I used to be an introvert but this lock down made me realize man is actually a social animal.

Please I need you to drop a word of encouragement for me. I almost said it was over this morning and immediately a call came from home. I’m very depressed right now. please help. I’m mentally unstable and down right now.

You're hypertensive? What are the issues. How old are you. You need to let us know a bit more about you and your situation.
But please realise that worrying about or over your situation ain't gonna solve anything. It'll worsen it.

Absolutely I don’t think I have any issue. I’m a Corp member and I’m 22. I’m far from my family and this pandemic is worrying. I just get worried every time and I stay alone too.

What is really bothering you so much as to cause a relapse of your mental state of mind? Try and look for a trustworthy friend of family to share your travails with.
