I just watched the video and basically People take calmness for weakness.
The pitbull has the willingness to fight honestly and it’s courage is high but the Caucasian shepherd still remains on top cause he’s a big dog

I just want to add my two cents to this issue of big "slow" caucasians and all related issues. I bet you that all those disproportionately big and fat boerboels in Nigeria y'all praise so much will give up before the average caucasian does. it might surprise you to know that in russia they are still used as police/prison guard dogs.Will the police use a "slow" and "lazy" dog that will get tired after a few mins of running for guarding notorious criminals ?? Its all about the body to mass ratio. The caucasian is a big dog , it will function in that capacity , the pomeranian is a small dog and will function as such. some of you might know Shaq' O Neal , he plays basketball and never for once did he sub. after a few mins cause he was tired and this guy is built like a mountain . Also worthy of note is that big animals dont charge until necessary , they intimidate with size e.g elephant, hippo.
The dog pedigree also matters , dont expect a cauc. x gsd cross to be what the caucasian is . cross that your active gsd or mali with local dog and lets see if the outcome can chase anyone.

You're guilty of generalization just like the person you're accusing. Why do you have to bring in another breed ? Yes there are fat boerboels, fat Caucasians and even fat shepherds too. Most boerboels are big and big is not fat they are large sized dogs with lots of muscles if you see a lazy and fat dog it's the owners fault and not the dogs fault what you should know is that some dogs are prone to getting fat if you over feed and don't exercise.

Also watched that video on instagram, some people said the Pitbull was still young and don't have experience and some people also said that was a Tibetan mastiff and not caucasian. That was what they said.

I find it funny sometimes lol,most people automatically assume a dog is lazy because they are big forgetting that much larger predators exist and move around freely
they act like they are so slow and feeble when in fact they're quite agile for their size
when I walk my dog I hear people say 'this one big ooh, e no fit even waka again" even as my dog has been walking with me for almost an hour.
but if it's a gsd that you walk for 10mins they'll say the dog is smart and sharp

I agree Caucasians aren't the most athletic dogs but I wouldn't describe them as lazy, besides, their main purpose is to repel intruders not to do long exercises and that is how they should be trained.
I've never seen my dog lay on the floor when their is a stranger around or stop to rest when he wants to chase and attack somebody

dogs like that exist in every breed.
there are pitbulls that are so badly bred for appearance that the only thing you can use them for is to take pictures
their are mastiffs that can barely breath again because of this whole "box head' craze
their are gsds that can barely walk let alone run or work because of the " slant back" craze.

I believe if you want to talk about a breed you should talk about the best representation of the breed and not mistakes due to bad breeding.
every other breed is referred to with very good specimens of the breed so why does it have to be different with this one?
