2) There is no proven study that hydroxyl chloroquine works. To test a medication or therapy, you must have good control with checks and balances. Covid19 has about 3 % to 10% mortality rate. It could be a coincidence that it works in one group against the other if the control is not well established for example if one group has way more older people or people with existing conditions.

For the fact that doctors are using it doesn't mean it's proven to work. I guess you do not have a scientific mind. For the fact that one senator somewherr used one drug and then she started getting better doesn't mean it's the medication that made her better. In fact I know of a specific story in which someone used the chloroquine and the person still passed on. My point is that the efficacy of chloroquine could be entirely coincidental. You will need to consider a lot of factors and carry out a proper study because people get better even without using any medications. Some have the virus in their body and don't even show any symptoms at all. Any sensible scientific study that is testing a drug will have a control. I'm not saying chloroquine doesn't work. It possibly does. I'm saying there is no concrete evidence that backs it up. Science relies almost purely on evidence.

Ps: I always supported that everyone should use masks regardless of what anyone said because it's just common sense.
