Islam as a religion makes it mandatory for muslims to seek knowledge and educate themselves even if they have to travel as far as China just to seek knowledge(China being so far away from most places). Islam is definitely not the problem but some muslims that usually incorporate cultural beliefs into Islam are the problem.

People are entitled to move freely within a state as long as they hold citizenship of that state. This is enshrined under S41 of the Nigeria constitution.

But Sir, the origin of islam in Nigeria started in North and I believe you are ONE from the religion of Allah except if you want to tell me islam been practising in North is different from yours in South. Infact let me say there is no much differencies between you guys.

You can do the research yourself, those beggers in South from the research I took when I was in Nigeria shows that 95% beggars in south are dominantly Muslims it might be Yoruba or Hausa Muslims.. See till making family planning compulsory in Islam the problem won't be eradicated
