Again the customs are claiming its the commissioner for agric that certified and nkt nafdac. Also its nkt a few bags that are spoilt like you claim - it's all the bags apparently therefore it was nkt a swap. |

NAFDAC has come out to issue an official statement that they weren't called to check and certify the rice sent to Oyo state. Only Lagos and Ogun states. |

From QC angle, not sure NCS are professionals in warehousing resulting in the spoilage. Rice stacked together for a long time without aeration will grow mould, cake and change color cos of humidity. Only the one at the top of the stack will look okay even if checked. Its only 100℅ check on the bags that will reveal this. The ones sold in the market do not have this issue cos they are been sold and new ones bought simultaneously. No doubt the problem is from storage at NCS locations. |
