This is getting messy, what are people afraid of and why are they running away from treatment ? The government should show people where they would be kept and treated and assure them of their safety.

For the avoidance of doubt, let me explain how it works, firstly, sample is collected from suspected patient and sent to lab for confirmation. The patient is released to go pending the outcome of the result.
The result takes approximately 48 hours to be out.
If the result comes out positive, the patient will be contacted and duly quarantined.
From the twitter post, they already have the patient's information including her residential address.
It is wrong exposing her confidential info and calling her out online.

If all the names of people that came from abroad was called out with their address right at when they were at the airport, people would have ran away from them like plague and thus, they won't be able to infect anyone.

In America this week, a woman who was positive for corona virus and was supposed to be at home self isolating left her house and went shopping. The woman's own mother had to call the police to take her to a more secure facility for isolation.(and in the process she came in contact with 5 people , all who had to be isolated)

No matter how much psychology is thrown at you, being isolated is not that easy.

Plus, most covid19 positive patients have isolated with ease.

The Deplorable Situations at some of the Isolation Centres other than Lagos is causing Stigmatisation. It has become a death trap than medical centre that they are supposed to be because of the state government of those states. They thought they can deceive people but people are wiser. It better to treat oneself in such states than to allow them to dump and forget you somewhere
