THE ORANSANYE COMMITEE REPORTED TO JONATHAN IN 2011, BUT HE REFUSE TO APPROVE IT'S IMPLEMENTATION, SO THANK BUHARI NOW

The fraud in the past was that most contracts awarded by NDDC were also awarded by Ministry of Nigerdelta and vice versa. Still those contracts ended up unexecuted after full payments. So buhari pushed the NDDC from presidency to the purview of ministry of Nigerdelta. But the real thing is to collapse in into the ministry

With due respect Ma'am, this is Nigeria. Our political terrain is very sensitive. And if you study our history very well you will realize that radical decisions are made by Civilian Presidents and Governors often in their 2nd tenure. It's a norm, and wise politicians play by this rule.
