Babe I no know o. I soaked and blended this pepper (with crayfish), fried in palmoil on low heat. I also added a spoonful of dried cameroon pepper.
Oh...I'll try and use this pepper. I always use fresh pepper and no matter how long I fry it, I won't get the required dark color. Thanks for the tip.

I made this rustic Italian bread called Ciabatta yesterday.

It was a miss. I don't think I will want to make this bread again. It took twelve hours to make this and it didn't come out well at all. Although, the taste was perfect but the texture (inside) wasn't how it is supposed to be. I just weak!

Chef Prestonn..what could have gone wrong

Modified
The bread is a no knead bread, no butter, no sugar bread. It requires just 4 ingredients (flour, water, yeast and salt)

Second pics is the interior I got
Third pics is how the interior ia supposed to look like
Boss Boss cheesy

Looks good to me, you are really trying... Much respect.
The problem is not your ingredients or how you mixed it.

From the look the problem is your oven, ciabatta might likely not come out well when you use home oven to bake.

Lool for real, before covid I had an ‘unhealthy’ (oxymoron, right?) obsession with washing my hands, including the amounts of times I’d wash in one go cheesy

Dear foodie!!
Story of my life
Today is a day of experiment gone bad
I want to practicalize how to make donut/doughnut. I try my hands on pastries, do this in bits until I perfect it.
I deposited it in a cupcake pan because the dough was sticky and didn't rise.
Anyways my tester is enjoying it
What do I call this now?
It tastes like pako biscuit
He said it tasted like cake/bun/soft cookies.
Help!!!!!

It tasted perfect;
1: I stir-fried the spag.

2: There is always power. Even if I put my SOUP in the fridge, it won’t sour. It will just not be FROZEN. Which was a perfect condition for this spag. grin

I think you will need those stone abi mud oven that retains heat like mad to be able to get that look in the original picture. The bread is also baked on stone slabs not our normal oven trays or pan. You try sha. D crust looks amazing

What Breadplanet said is exactly what you need. Oven that retain heat. Even if you gonna use electric oven, it must be those ones you see in bakery.

Below is my oven. Second photo is my ciabatta.

Your oven looks like somebody's house o...shuoo. It's fine sha... can I lodge there? The cold here is too much grin

Your Ciabatta top is inviting. Did you design on purpose or it was a coincidence?
